Paul Klee (1879-1940) is a Swiss artist and I didn t know that he also likes cats! Of course you know Klee, I know, but you didn t know that he likes cats :-) and painted cats in his own way,
By the way I was never a Klee fan but
I would certainly like to see his work.

This is not a cat, it is about a fish. Full of symbols...But I realized the symbols, when I have looked at the picture the second time. It is simply beautiful...
I like the melancholy, i like the problems, which we can t solve our life long:-)...

Yes, I have visited this museum in the web and I liked it. They had even a nice Youtube video about Rembrandt.
But I didn t like the video about the Ottomans there. The music is not court music, it is Anatolian country music. The Ottomans had also a court culture! And the turks now in Europe are (most of them) immigrants from the agricultural sector, a sector that Turkey has destroyed over the years unfortunately...Poor peasants trying to be cunning entrepreneurs cheating each other...This is another issue than art certainly...
I was in SSM in Istanbul. A private museum only 10 years old not to compare to Rijksmuseum of course. Art has another place in the system of these countries...But we like both, as we like all kind of art...
